Alex Guarnaschelli

Guarnaschelli Maria Guarnaschelli's daughter , is a cookbook editor. Barnard College awarded her a master's degree in art history in the year 1991. She worked at the American Place restaurant for one year at the minimum wage from 1991 to the year 1991. Guarnaschelli's experience in the kitchen began after watching her mother try out a range of recipes at home while editing books. Guarnaschelli began her career as a sous chef under Larry Forgione. Her son Marc Forgione was the Iron Chef. Guarnaschelli continued to work at various eateries in France as well as Los Angeles. Guy Savoy manages La Butte Chaillot. She also worked at Daniel Boulud's restaurant named after him and Joachim Splichal's Patina before she became executive chef at Butter. After the restaurant's closure she served as an executive chef at the Darby. Chair of the Museum for Food and Drink's Culinary Council. Guarnaschelli released her first cookbook in 2013. "Old-School Comfort Food The Way I Learned to cook" incorporates autobiographical elements with favourite recipes from her professional experience that she later adapted to her home. Alex Alex Alex
